Moore River Beachhouses offers a variety of self contained properties throughout the Moore River region.  Only 1 hour drive north of Perth CBD,  a weekend will feel like you have been away for longer.  Ideal for all ages with both river and ocean access, lovely bush walks, and a choice of country style cafes  restaurants and tearooms.

Only 30 minutes from "Lancelin"  an outdoor adventure wonderland with surf, sand boarding, and 4 wheel drive options.  

This includes "Guilderton", where Moore River meets the Indian Ocean, originally know as Gabbadah, an Aborignal term meaning “mouthful of water”. This pristine estuary is in an idyllic coastal setting for a relaxing holiday.

"Caraban" a rural river retreat located north of Woodridge on the south bank of Moore River between the Indian Ocean and Wanneroo Rd.

"Seabird" is the home of the Seabird Tavern famous for its seafood, located a 15 minute drive north of Guilderton, this crayfishing hamlet is quaint and has spectacular ocean views.

"Ledge Point" a traditional crayfishing village is a 20 miuntes drive north of Moore River and 10 minutes from Lancelin famous for windsurfing and great beaches ~ home of the Ocean Classic an international windsurfing competition.

"Quinns Rock "is 20 minutes drive north of Perth. Located on the Indian Ocean coast with all amenities at your finger tips.
