There are a number of natural attractions in the Moore River region. Walking hiking, bushwalking, canoeing, kayaking, river cruises, golf, and fishing just to name a few.

Many walking trails in and around Moore River allow visitors to relish nature at its best. A new boardwalk built along the northern shore allows visitors to appreciate the many species of birds or relax and have a picnic. The Desert is another popular spot for enjoying the tranquility and have a go at sandboarding. Many popular spots to have a picnic or find a special spot of your own to enjoy the environment.

River fishing along the MooreRiver foreshore or the boardwalk with catches such as bream, taylor and herring.

Ocean fishing can be enjoyed along the coast in Guilderton, Ledge Point, Caraban and Quinns Rock.

All areas are excellent for coastal photography with fantastic sunsets and a beautiful coastline.
