Welcome to the Coastal Clash - presented by Macpac, a new multisport event weekend involving seven different sports events, plus the best of the beach, fun, socialising and good times in the beautiful coastal township of Lancelin, 90mins north of Perth.
The Coastal Clash - presented by Macpac is a multi event, mass participation weekend for everyone, with seven different races over two days. Each race is a stand alone event, providing a spectacular course and new challenge in a magnificent coastal environment. So if you are ‘just into swimming’, then come up and swim, if you are ‘just into cycling’ then come up and cycle, but if you’re a multisport hero into everything then enter the premier King and Queen of the Coast category and do them all!
Separate races held over the weekend will include:
Saturday:
12km or 6km Coastal Run*
18km Ocean Paddle*
Eliminator Criterium on road bikes
Sunday:
2km Ocean Swim*
8km Novice Paddle and Stand Up Paddle board
Kids triathlon
37km Road Time Trial*
2km Sand Dune Dash for Cash*
* These events are included in the premier King and Queen of the Coast category and will determine the real warriors of the weekend.
Add in plenty of social action with a big mid-event dinner and party on Saturday night, extensive event expo and family entertainment, a triathlon for kids and two super-fun dash-for-cash events and the Coastal Clash will be your ultimate weekend of beachside battles.
Attention all Coastal Clash Competitors. Please be advised that the prize money for the King and Queen of the Coast individual categories, Dash for Cash and Road Bike Criterium was changed on March 8th and is now updated on the prizes page on the event website.
If you no longer wish to compete as a result of this change then please contact us before 5:00pm on Friday March 18th and we will refund your entry fee.
