The rates listed are a guideline and indicate the minimum rate for each property.  Actual rates depend on the number of adults and children who will be attending the property.  Each property has a maximum number of people allowed to stay per night.
In order to achieve an accurate rate for the time of year of your visit you will need to utilise the validity arrow at the left to receive accurate information.

Or use the booking engine at the left side of the site by inputting your arrival and departure dates (keeping in mind the minimum night stay restriction) then add the number of adults and children, click on the "search" button. The properties available for the dates you have selected will appear with the rate for the number of people you have indicated.  You can then click on the select button to the right of your property of choice and the book button at the bottom of the page  If you click on "show availability" it will display a calendar format with the base rate. 

Minimum night stay requirements are as follows:

• 2 nights on weekends (relaxed if the booking occurs a day prior to arrival)
• 3 nights on long weekends
• 4 nights for Easter
• Xmas /January school holiday has a 7 night minimum stay requirement.  We do not restrict the day of the week for arrival
• $50 minimum stay fee will apply to those bookings not staying the minimum stay requirements, however bookings less than the minimum stay will only be accepted within the week of arrival.
